Security Statement: Connect 24, a division of Tyco Safety Products Canada Ltd. ("Connect 24"), brings together a combination of industry-approved security technologies to protect data for our customers. Secure Access and Verifying User Authenticity
To begin a session with Connect24.com, a User must enter a Log-in ID and a password. Each User is responsible for the security and use of your username and password.

Secure Data Transfer
Once the server session established, the User and the server are in a secured environment. Because the server has been certified as a 128-bit secure server by VeriSign and Geo Trust, data traveling between the user and the server is encrypted with the Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) protocol. With SSL, data that travels between Connect24 and customers is encrypted and can only be decrypted with the public and private key pair. These two keys are the only combination possible for that session. When the session is complete, the keys expire and the whole process starts over when a new user makes a server session.

Strong precautions are taken to protect information about the users of our site. When users submit sensitive information via the site, that information is protected both online and off-line.

Connect 24 takes customer information security seriously and uses a variety of technical solutions to make the information safe at our site. Furthermore, your information is encrypted and is protected utilizing the industry standard Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) encryption software. While Connect 24 uses SSL encryption to protect sensitive information online, Connect 24 also protects user information off-line. All of the information pertaining to our site's users, including the sensitive information mentioned above, is maintained in a restricted section of the applicable office. Only those of our employees and contractors who need the information to perform a specific job (e.g., account or customer service representatives) are granted access to personally identifiable information.
